How our data is collected, its limitations, and our verification guidelines.

UniFeeBD is an independent student transparency project. We collect, aggregate, and standardize publicly available circulars and tuition schedules published by private universities in Bangladesh.
We do NOT provide a 100% official guarantee of fee finality. Private universities reserve the complete legal right to revise credit fees, semester dues, lab charges, or waiver policies at any time without prior notice to third parties.
1. How Our Data is Collected
Our scrapers and research team monitor official university fee portals, admission circular PDFs, and prospectus documents.
- Every program and university listed on our platform includes a direct link to the exact source URL from which the data was scraped.
- We explicitly show the "Data Last Synced" date so students know the timeframe of the published circular.
2. Why Real Fees May Differ from Published Estimates
- Retake & Course Drop Penalties: Total fees assume a student completes all required credits within regular semesters without course retakes or term withdrawals.
- Waiver Adjustments & CGPA Maintenance: Merit scholarships and GPA 5.00 waivers almost always apply strictly to credit fees, not admission or lab fees, and require maintaining a minimum CGPA (often 3.50+).
- Non-Tuition Ancillary Costs: Figures do not include residential dormitories, campus transport bus tickets, or graduation convocation fees unless explicitly marked in the circular.
3. What You Should Do Before Admission
Always click the "See Latest on Official Page" button provided on every program card and university page. Before paying any admission test fee or registration token, contact the university's admission helpline directly to confirm their current intake schedule and payment deadlines.
